That is usually done via the Connection Manger software supplied by an ISP. I have no idea what is supplied with a 7667-CTO, but the Sierra Wireless generic Connection Manager (on the Sierra web site) might work.
however is not clear how to activate and setup the umts sierra modem.

i have a lenovo x61s
i have installed the sim card in the computer
i have installed system update...and installed the moste of the things there
when i press Fn + F5 i only get my wireless and bluetooth
can somone help me?

yes it has...when i open the lid to the 2 x memory slots...its a simcard holder there..it looks like it is on the motherboard..(same board as the 2 memory slots)

Yes, AFAIK all X61's and x61s's have a SIM card holder on the motherboard, but unless you added it, you do not have a PCIe WWAN mini card, which lives under the right side of the palm rest. The X61s model you have does not come pre-configured with a WWAN card.
