After Windows 10 Fall Creator Update (1709) through Windows Update, my ThinkPad Yoga X1 (Gen1) have issue with driver - Intel(R) Management Engine Interface , latest driver 11.7, ,
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
In Windows Event log:
Intel(R) Management Engine Interface driver has failed to perform handshake with the Firmware (FWSTS0: 0x94000245, FWSTS1: 0x80118306).
Tried install / uninstall, delete driver, etc. no progress, same issue.
Any idea? Thank you

Issue is resolved with new Intel driver release, version: 18.104.22.1680
