Yoga x13 Black screen force reset

Have a few gen 1 x13s that are having the same issues. closing lid causes the machine to be unresponsive. Shows black screen does not detect keystrokes or pressed power button. A force reset with a paper clip is the only thing that can bring it back. Is this a known issue with any kind of software fix? Lenovo and Windows updates are all up to date. Thanks

Have you run diagnostics?
Is the BIOS up to date?

I dont have the machine in front of me but yes all bios firmware and drivers are updated. Is this a known issue with this model as i have 2 units doing the same thing

You may want to try the steps here:

If you're still having the same issue, then try rolling back the display driver.

Else fully uninstall it, completely remove from the system. And then install the ones directly from the support page.
