can i use my fingerprint to provide admin credentials?

i have a secondary user account that i use for daily operations on my x220 that is a standard account without admin access. this means that whenever i want to insall anything i have to enter in the admin password. is it possible to use the fingerprint reader for this? i have looked at password manager but that seems to only work within applications and not for windows functions.

hey b3nman,

the option to use the fingerprint to allow you to install software as an Admin while you're currently logged on as a normal user is not possible.
