carbon x1 3rd generation ssd upgrade

i just upgraded my 128GB m.2 sata ssd ,with an evo850 500GB....

probleme :my new 500Gb shows a maximum of 128Gb(as old one)  i checked and did not find any unused partition on disk manager.any help to retrieve the missing capacity,cause it looks full at 128gb even if its 500Gb...checked with samsung magic tools...and its shows the ssd is 500gb.

updated the bios...nothing...help please.

Have you did format the disk before fresh install recovery disk or download windows installation disk from website.

But didn't heard this happening before.. haha.
