gen 2 x1 carbon screen HD+ screen question

does this screen use a 1 lane 30 pin edp connector for the screen or a 2 lane ( gen 2 x1 carbon HD+ screen)

A panel that uses a eDP (1 lane) signal type can only support up to 1680×1050 with 18 bit color depth, or up to 1366×768 with 24 bit color depth. On the other hand, a panel that uses an eDP (2 lane) signal type supports display resolutions upto 1920×1200 whereas a panel with an eDP (4 lane) signal type supports display resolutions upto 2560×1440.

 

So by looking at B140RTN03.0 and N140FGE-EA2 LCD panels for X1 Carbon 2nd gen it's fair to say that they uses (eDP 1 lane) 30 pin connector.

The HD+ screens use 30-pin and the WQHD screens use 40-pin
