polish tech support refuses to repair my IWS eglible x60s type 1702

hello

I'm owner of x60s, type 1702, I have got problem with IWS execution in poland

I've been refused to execute IWS on my x60s machine, although it is IWS eglible. notebook has been purchased in Australia.

I have purchased the extended service plan, too [service plan pn 41k0422, next business day, onsite, plus ThinkPad Protection]. polish tech support refuses to repair my notebook.

what should I do?

Mion,

Sorry to hear that.  Checking the IWS page myself, I see the 1702 is indeed listed as valid in Poland for service.

Please keep in mind that the extended TERMS of service - onsite, next business day, etc, may not be available, but the base warranty should be honored in some way  - through depot or business partner.

I've received your PM and will need some more information from you in order to render assistance.
