rescue and recovery sits at 0 percent

xp pro on x300 laptop
attempting to backup to external drive
windows sees the drive as does r n r.
when choosing backup up now it just sits there and stays at 0 percent.
uninstalled and reinstalled r n r and still no change.
rrservice shows as running.
stumped?

Re: rescue and recovery sits at 0 percent

Do you have the Lenovo scheduler_proxy process disabled on startup? If so, try enabling it and see if that fixes the problem.
