Welcome to the community forum.

There are at least three ways:

  1. Click the speaker icon on the Taskbar
  2. Right-click the speaker icon on the Taskbar, then select Open Volume Mixer or Open Sound settings
  3. Use F1 (mute), F2 (-) and F3 (+) on the top row of the keyboard

Hi @vence3

Do you have other devices plugged in which function as a speaker (for instance, a headset, or a monitor etc)? You might need to change that device's settings.
