uUSB 3.0 Port stopped functioning

i have Lenovo X1 carbon 2nd gen. (20A7).

i used the right USB 3.0 port for wireless mouse connection and it worked, but after a week  it stopped functioning.

i did the following troubleshooting steps:

1. connected the mouse to the left Always on USB port - it works

2. i executed Hw scan - it passes

3. i looked at the configuration during  boot of Usb UEFI BIOS (using F1 during restart) - looked at the status, it is enabled

 

Please your advice what should i do?

Hi Amiram,

 

Welcome to Lenovo Community!

 

Did you check with uninstalling the entire USB adapter from “Device Manager” and restart the system, it will take the drivers automatically. After rebooting check if the USB port is working, and also confirm with different USB devices. Because if there is an issue with the compatibility of drivers and to the port in registry this kind of issue occurs.
