same thing on my t450s with a plain windows powerplan (windows 8.1)

Same thing on a Yoga 3 Pro and yes at the top they both say disabled.  


But on a T430u that error isn't there. Running Windows 7 pro.  There's still a few errors but that's because of some settings regarding timeouts on the display and sleep.  


On an X61 running 8.1 that error is there but on an X61 running Windows 7 pro there's no error.


It kinda looks like it's a Windows 8.1 thing.
