Did anyone come across issues where Bitlocker won't work on X1 - error message says "The BitLocker encryption key cannot be obtained. Verify that the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) is enabled and ownership has been taken. If this computer does not have a TPM, verify that the USB drive is inserted and available"
Lenovo X1 Carbon 5th Gen
HDD/SSD/NVMe: SAMSUNG MZVLW512HMJP-000L7
TPM 2.0: IFX ver.7.62.3126.0
TPM status: ready for use with reduced functionality. Information flag: 0x80000
Out of 4 laptops (all the same 5th Gen and Type: 20HR) only 1 failed encryption. All devices imaged using same process, all drivers are up to date.
Tried to rebuild few times, cleared TPM (but cannot take ownership) - no joy.
