since this week's windows update, fingerprint stopped working. uninstalled and installed the latest driver from lenovo support, no luck device status shows :
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
The requested operation was unsuccessful.
this usally means incorrect driver, but updated to the latest available 5.2.3531.26
having no luck
any suggestions? is it a known thing ?
