x1 carbon gen 2 (type 20A7) motherboard

My laptop's (carbon x1 2nd gen) motherboard (00HN771 – i7 4550U 8GB) is broken. I want to replace the motherboard (part no. 00HN771) so I did some research. I searched through the internet and found out that the part no. 00UP983 and 00UP985. Booth looks same as 00HN771 and has the almost same specification i7-4600 CPU 8GB.

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between 00UP983 vs 00UP985 vs 00HN771. What can be further the complications if I replace the motherboard with a different model?
