x1 carbon (type 34xx) fan too noisy ! (FIXED)

2016-10-20, 23:50 PM

my fan is always slowly spinning when i am doing nothing (cpu usage is around 5%, cpu and system temperature around 50 degrees) it is TOO NOISY !!, is there a way to lower my fan speed so it makes no audible noise or move the optimal cpu temperature from 50 up to 60 or 70 degrees so my fan speed is lowered (and eventually stops) when i am idling ? speedfan not working, are there registery key i can change to lower fan speed or raise cpu optimal temperature ? EDIT : FIXED with http://staff-www.uni-marburg.de/~schmitzr/tpfc_v063.zip i left at default settings( the optimal temperature is set for 60 degrees, when fans speed drops below 2500 rpm the fan is noisless, at 55 degree my idle temperature the fan stops competely) . THANKS LENOVO FOR YOUR LACK OF SUPPORT JUST LOST 1 FULL DAYS figuring this out on my own !!
