I'm planning to buy a thinkpad x1 extreme and would love to have a touch screen (with pen support)... but not at all cost, especially not on behalf of extreme battery time reducing.
I'm a lot on the road the battery endurance is a real issue and that is why I'm hesitating to buy the UHD screen ... even if I would prefer to have the touch with pen support screen ....
Does anyone have any experience with the UHD Touch screen from the x1 extreme?
In general any battery issues with the x1 extreme ?
Thanks a lot for all of your feedback!!!

I don't think I can provide the satisfactory answer to you, however, differences between "UHD screen model" and "FHD screen model" are not only screen resolution but also other power consuming components.
As long as I confirmed with development team, UHD screen model max. power consumption value is about 70% higher than FHD screen model.
