x1 yoga OLED 2nd gen - can't keep display on at 100%

When watching videos at full screen, or just in a browser, the screen will turn to half brightness after minutes of inactivity. I have my display set to only do this after an hour in "Power and Sleep" options. In advanced settings I have the auto brightness off, and the "dimmed brightness display" set to 100%. Am I missing something here? Is this something unique to the OLED display? I've never had this problem before in a laptop

Re: x1 yoga OLED 2nd gen - can't keep display on at 100%

Hi akimhobo,

Good day!

Based on your information, I found original Power setting for OLED in Lenovo Companion as attached picture.

Dimmer setting for OLED looks to be controlled in this utility, so I recommend you to check this setting if unexpected duration is selected or not.

Thank you.
