x120e fn key

the problem jus started happening today, the fn key+ hot key works but it doesnt show anything on the screen ,like when i lower the volume it would not display the value being lower on the screen, also the fn+ f5 to f8 does not work

how can i solve this issue thanks!

Hello Skyline,

 

As I understand Onscreen display does not come but hot key works fine.

 

The hotkey function depends on Power Manager software and also the onscreen display

 

You may go to Power Manager installed folder and double click on Utility.exe file

If this does not resolve the you need to reinstall the Power Manager software.

 

Download power manager software for Windows 7 from mentioned below web link.

Download power manager software for Windows Xp from mentioned below web link.
