Also what preceeded this error, did you recently update the BIOS. Any additional information on how it got to its curent state would be helpful.

If you cannot access the BIOS, it sounds like a BIOS update may have gone bad. There is a new BIOS for that system that just released on December 28th, so perhaps that version has a problem.
If you have not tried already, you might try removing the main battery, the bottom cover, and then unplug the CoinCell/CMOS battery for a few minutes to reset the BIOS, and and then reassemble and see if that helps.

I did the procedure, left the CMOS battery for 20 minutes. Now give me 0271: Real Time Colck error and Error: The non-volatile variable storage is about fail continues and F1 does not work, I can not enter to Bios...with 3 beeps at start

The realtime clock error is not a problem, it just resets the time when you reset the bios.
What happens if your try booting with the HDD removed? Can you enter the BIOS?

No, same error
0271: Real Time Colck Error - Check Date and Time settings.
Error: The non-volatile variable storage is about full.
Press F1 to enter Setup.
Do not boot into Setup
Removed HDD and booting without HDD continues the error, too removed the CMOS battery and booting same error.
