ref: Intel GM45 Display Driver for Windows 7 (64-bit) - ThinkPad R400, R500, T400, T400s, T500, W500, X200, X200s, X200 Tablet and X301 / http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/documen
I updated from v8.15.10.1872 and while the remote display worked fine (connected thru my Ultrabase dock), the LCD display works incorrectly (mostly purple colors). I was unable to Roll-Back the driver (this option was greyed-out) so I restored back to an earlier Win restore point and now all is well.
Lenovo should not offer this update until it's fixed......

Okay.....I reinstalled the update using my built-in monitor (not mounted in the dock) and then had to fool around with the Intel Graphic settings to get the external monitor to display correctly--selected "default" color settings (which straightened-out the color issues) and then had to close the lid on the x200 to get the display resolution (1600x1200) to apply correctly on the remote monitor.
Hopefully, all settings will remain!

I had the same problem after the update - external screens (VGA or DVI) only red or white.
The setting for the DVI screen was "red". The screen is now ok after the change of this setting.
Thanks for your tip.

Yes, I saw that too. It looks as if the guy who compiled the executable at Intel, left the Gamma settings at his testing position and not at default.
Go to Graphics Properties -> Color enhancement - select Dipslay -> built in Display and click the "Restore Defaults" button

Another issue - when docking in the Ultradock with a remote monitor at 1600x1200 resolution, the remote monitor is not activated and must reboot for the remote to work.
I have tried fooling with the Intel Graphic Media settings to set it for multiple displays, etc. but it seems to not want to accept a multi display set-up with two different resolutions--one for the remote and another for the built-in display....
Anyone else have this issue?

Yes this solved my issues with red monitor too.
Thank you for the tip.
