I'm having trouble using my sound or microphone. I can't hear or record sound from the microphone.
I noticed that in the sound panel, I can't play the test tone either, I get this error:
1) Ensure the appropriate conexant audio drivers are installed. These can be downloaded from the support site.
2) Run System update and check for the "additional conexant audio functionality" which is listed as an optional update.
