Hello, I am new to the forum and lenovo. I just bought a brand new x220 that is pretty stocked with lots of upgrades. I received it today, opened the box, and found many dead pixels in the screen.
I am really sad because I love the little powerhouse and really want to have it working correctly. The IPS screen is absolutely gorgeous, but there are 2-3 dead pixels clumped together in the center of the screen, 1 in the bottom left and another 2 in the top left.
Is this number of dead pixels normal? Is there anything I can do? Please help if you have had this probelm before or know what to do.

Hi gabaji123, and welcome to the Lenovo User Community!
Congrats on your new X220! Call Lenovo 1-800-426-7378. This is the official dead pixel policy:
Hope this helps!

So I called Lenovo and told them about the problem. Within minutes they gave me a case number, told me a box would arrive at my place within 4 days, to remove the battery, backup my files, and send the laptop back in the box. They would replace the screen and get it back to me within 5 days after I shipped it.
Overall, I am very happy with Lenovo's service.
Thanks for the help.
