Good Morning to all of you! I'm searching for some advice for some problem which is troubling me lately. It's really not a big deal but it's bugging me: Every time I boot my x220 it will take 2-3 minutes to connect to my wifi network. I know it's not a big secret that all this lenovo tools installed are slowing down the computer and as a consequence the wifi software will be started with a delay but maybe someone of you knows a way or two to work around this? Maybe I can somehow prioritize the start of the wifi software?
I appreciate every advice I can get.

Hadn't had access connections installed. Wouldn't have thought, that it would matter that much if you have installed or not...but maybe Windows alone is not "mighty " enough to manage it's hardware ;-)
But it did the job and now it's fast. thank you!

I have a delay when resuming from sleep, but it's instantly connected when I reboot.
I tried the preferred profile but it doesnt help. Sometimes it takes up to 15-30 seconds for it to find the wifi... I've tried this on several routers its not specific to any...

After some time of observing I came to the same conclusion: there is definitely a big delay in connecting to a wifi network after resuming from sleep. Does somebody have the same problem? Is there any fix for it?
Details: like HiVolt already said, the connection is really quick after normal boot. But if my x220 is resuming from sleep it will take to one minute before the connection is re-established.
