Hi i didn't want to start a new topic so if it's not a problem i post here.
I just bought a second-handed laptop, thinkpad x240 , it is in very good condition and i'm very happy with it. the only downside is that it has a german keyboard but i managed to get some stickers to some of the buttons. my x240 specs are: i5-4300U( 1.9GHz), 8GB RAM, 180GB Solid State Drive, 12.5in 1366x768 LCD, Intel HD Graphics, Wireless option, WWAN, Bluetooth, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure Chip, 6c Li-Ion, Win10 Pro 64. when i click on lenovo website and intel one as well, after i scan the system , it says it is a i5-4300u 1.9ghz to 2.90 ghz so far so good, the problem is when i click to settings about my device it says it is a i5 4300u 1.9-2.40ghz. how is that possible? thank you in advance for your answer

I'm not sure what you find confusing.

what i find confusing is that i don't know whether i got a 2.90ghz turbo boost or a 2.40ghz turbo boost. I thought an icore 5 4200u was a 1.90ghz -2.40ghz whilst a i5 4300u was a 1.90-2.90ghz. my system says it is a i5 4300u and it's got a 2.40ghz turbo boost whilst Lenovo official site through the scan it says it's got a 2.90ghz turbo boost. Which one is right?
