I am very disappointed by this buggy device. Helix2 is the first thinkpad product I have, and I don't think I will choose thinkpad in the future. Since the time I bought helix2, I experienced tons of bug. In win8.1, the fingerprint sensor constantly stopped working, WIFI driver at that time was a disaster, and connected standby constantly has severe battery drain so that I have to manually hibernate the machine. In win10, the initial 10240 is already very buggy, coupled with buggy DPTF driver and makes the device unusable (e.g. screen doesn't rotate after resuming from sleep). I also have the experience of losing data because the machine cannot be woken up successfully. The keyboard dock also has tons of issues: the speaker driver is buggy and drains battery severely, and then I noticed severe battery wear after a short time of use, and then I found the keyboard will lose input (lenovo updated the keyboard firmware three times to make it work properly)

Yep, that's why I suspect the graphics driver is the culprit. It also causes BSOD when the machine resume from hibernation sometimes
I finally get this device working properly now (which is after more than one year of buying this device).
I suggest you do a fresh install of windows 10 without lenovo foundation driver and thinkpad setting dependency, but hotkey utility (lenovo on screen display) is recommended to install
lenovo foundation driver and thinkpad setting dependency will cause weird issues, like severe battery drain during connected standby, this is confirmed on my machine
Also I recommend to update important drivers to newest version, including intel serial IO (ver 1.1.253.0), fingerprint driver (4.8.207.1), WIFI driver(ver19.0.1.1), DPTF driver(8.2.10900.330), and graphics driver (20.19.15.4483)
With this configuration and windows 10 14393, I experienced no issue during 2 weeks of usage (I indeed observed that 4474 might cause blank screen again (very rare), but didn't experience any in 4483 so far)
