Warranty

Hi there folks, I ordered the 3 year thinkpad extended warranty that covers pretty much everything i think...
A key is broken on my keyboard ( i stuck it back on and it sort of works)
My screen is quite wobbly compared to when i bought it
also my headphone jack is messed up and does not give a solid connection to any headphones/speakers hooked up when i move the laptop around.

My question is : I cannot find ANYWHERE what number or email i am supposed to send my inquiry about warranty servicing of the laptop... where do i do that? and how long will it take for them to send me a new laptop / service my laptop ?
