Windows Experience Index in Windows 7

2009-11-08, 21:30 PM

I have tried the Windows Experience Index a couple of times, and thought it could be fun to see what other users get out of there tablet.

So I start this post with result from my tablet, and hope others in the community will join. Then we can get an index to see if it is time to upgrade or do a cleanup for better performance.

Re: Windows Experience Index in Windows 7

Exactly the same on mine except for disk:

Processor (SL9400) - 5.3

Memory (4GB DDR3 [2 DIMM]) - 5.7

Graphics (x4500) - 4.1

Gaming Graphics (x4500) - 3.4

Disk (64GB Samsung SLC SSD) - 6.9

Overall, I don't expect too much variance in this (although the experience index can be a bit unreliable).  The only thing I'd be curious about is whether dual channel memory (which both of us have), improves graphics performance.
