x200 Authentication Issue

2010-03-25, 13:05 PM

Hi there

My new x200 is driving my crazy with its continual requests for "authentication".  It keeps telling my my password is incorrect (windows password) and when I try and change my account password it asks for authentication from either the finger reader (which is unpredictable and doesn't seem to consistently recognize me) or asks for a password that I don't have.  This is causing me pain as it periodically pops up and ask for authentication.  Someone out there please help me.

Adam

Did you enroll all your fingers for the finger print reader? Try your other fingers for authenication.
