I'd just like the give a up follow up on this somewhat troubling experience. I came into thinking I was getting screwed
by one of the top computer companies I trusted. But, I'd like to say that did not fail to help. I had also initial feelings that
Lenovo had terrible support that really didn't care about the company, but after speaking with Mark here everything was solved.
I was able to get my laptop back quickly, and Mark (or Lenovo) was very sincere to remedy my problem like it was his top priority. I'd like to thank especially him and lenovo for the excellent support, and Lenovo will remain as the top choice computer manufacturer to buy from. I have no regrets of purchasing the X61 tablet, and would like to purchase from them again. I hope others will follow suit because their labtops are great, but their customer service has really shown this time.
