I purchased Lenovo X200 Tablet (Product ID 7453DN5, Type 7453-DN5, S/N R9-xxxxx) through Albany Medical College. Within the first few weeks of operation, I had accidentally run down the computer battery to 0%; however, the battery would not recharge afterwards, even after I restarted the computer, took out the battery and put it back in, tried to do the battery gauge reset, etc. I reported the issue and after another few weeks, was provided with another battery.
However, my computer somehow ran down to 0% once more and the new battery, again, will not recharge. I believe that there must be something wrong with the computer itself; after all, a computer should be able to recharge a battery from 0%. What is going on?
PS my current battery is FRU 42T4658.
