Blue Screen

I own X60 Tablet PC and for the past few days, I get a blue screen regularly. I get the following stop errors:

0x0000008E
0x00000050
0x0000000A IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I have run the PC Doctor diagnostics which reports no error or failure. I restored my Tablet to the factory setting but I still get these stop errors. Can anyone suggest me a solution to my problems?

sarvagya, welcome to the forum,
 
it would help members, to help you, if you could post your Type and Model number along with which Operating System you have installed. It would also help to know if you have a factory or custom installation and if any / which software has been installed / removed.

Thanks for the reply and suggestion.

My model number and type is 6366-4DU. I have been using Windows XP (factory installation). I have been using it for more than a year and have not installed/removed any software recently.

Hi Sarvagya,

 

please check if you have installed a Microsoft Fix KB954211.

If yes then go to Microsoft downloads and search for KB959252. This Fix should fix your problem.

I am having the same problem, but when I try to follow the recommendation to download the Microsoft Fix KB954211 security fix, the blue screen pops up again.  Ugh.  Any sugestions?
