Re: Do 4 and 8 gig SD cards work in the x61t?

I have an August 2008 x61t running Vista Business 32-bit. I assumed that these were engineered to use the new SDHC standard but perhaps not... anyone using the newer high-capacity cards successfully?

Might be nice to have a file transfer device (when they come down in price) of 16Gig that does not stick out of the tablet's form factor, because I find that a small bump to my USB sticks will interrupt the connections causing all kinds of OS flail and lost time or (yikes!) files.

the X61 and X61T both support SDHC.   i have a 4GB sandisk SDHC card (with the snap-out USB connector) that i use for file transfer between client systems and it works quite well.
