i've purchased a 4X10H04506 Thinkpad tablet dock for my Helix 2 20CG. Charging and HDMI on the docks works well, while none of the three usb 3.0 ports seems to work properly: no devices detected at all, and the led on my sandisk memory pen do not light, like there is no power on the usb ports, or are turned off.
Don't know what to try: maybe there is something I can check or should try?
I've already contacted the seller and changed it with another one, but still have the problem, so probably is not a dock malfunction.
Lenovo helpdesk only proposed a guaranty exchange, so isnt't much useful in this case.

Do you still have this problem?
My USB3 port is not detecting USB3 devices.
But it detects USB2 devices.
All the systems are updated to latest windows10 version and drivers are also upto date
