A key from my Helix came out (it was making a strange noise from day one but ended up coming out).
However nothing seems broken either on the keyboard nor the key itself (see pics).
In my previous Thinkpads, simple preassure did the job but does not seem to be the way for the Helix keyboad (or I am afraid on pressing too hard).
Does anyone with the new Thinkpad keyboards know how to do it?
Thanks so much :-)
UPDATE: Now I'd just noticed that the latch on the base (lower-right) is bent and that explains why for months that key gave always an awful feedback when pressed and with an akward noise half way on the travel. All other keys are outstanding though so just a issue on quality control for that particular key. I decided to replace it instead with Lenovo instead of risking of breaking it on the process of straighting it out.
