Re: Install 64 bit Windows 7 on ThinkPad x201 tablet
Hi all,
I can see the drivers and some of the software support for Win7 64bit but after looking through some of the FAQ and online manuals I can not find a guide that details out in what order the drivers and other support software are to be reinstalled.
Does one just install ThinkVantage and let it take over?
Background: This is a ThinkPad that was upgraded from 2 GB and maxed out to 8 GB and the user already tried to reinstall Windows and removed the diagnostic partition. They managed to get everything working except that the touch screen would only work with the stylus and not finger touch. So the assumption at this point is that a driver was installed in the wrong order or the wrong driver was installed.
Best,
