Intel pro/wireless 3945ABG and Atmel TPM driver for x60s

Having problem to get wireless working for a x60s computer.

Fresh install with win xp sp3 + all necessary drivers from;
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?sitestyle=lenovo&lndocid=MIGR-62938#pm

Here's what I get: http://img53.imageshack.us/my.php?image=intelwireless3945abgatmrw7.jpg

I compared with another x60s, no problem there. I usually install them from a finished image and have no problem on other x60s.

I don't know if the diode under the screen should light if not the driver is installed. The bluetooth diode is on all the time without the driver but not the wireless diode. It'ls like when I turn of the wireless radio. I have controlled that it's activated in BIOS and have installed BIOS update.

Any ideas?

Have tried reinstalled the chipset driver, wireless driver. Installed from an image and I have Access connection and all other ThinkVantage software. Have also downloaded and installed the updates from update manager and windows update.

I now wonder if there is a hardware problem?
