I am having Lenovo Thinkpad X220t 4294-CTO, it doesn't have 3G, to make it 3G enables i need to install WWAN card, and I find this card in shop...but, when I bring my laptop to service they told me that can't find 3G antenna inside!!!
If computer is mobile brodband ready, ehy don't have this antenna?
What to do now?
To buy antenna also? Where???

Do you have a plastic bulge on the top right corner of your display edge? The plastik should be glossy, not matt like the rubber coating of the laptop. If this bulge is in place than in most cases it means that the broadband antenna is already installed.

No you don't have the bulge. Sorry for that. (The red circle shows where it should be)

Do you have checked if the lenovo support page also shows that your unit is "mobile broadband ready"? If this is the case it should be quite easy to get a replacement screen from the lenovo service.
No problem, helping is my hobby

Yes! Take a look at the table (part 6) here: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/product-and-parts/detail.page?&LegacyDocID=MIGR-77199
If i still can read correctly our model is definitely in the list of the wan antenna.

CTO stands for "Configure To Order" - it means your local vendor defines what to include in the machine. The rest are factory variants, for example 4294-23x etc.
The model is listed both under "WAN Assembly" and "WAN Assembly dummy" because its a CTO. But yes, you should definitely take it to have the antenna installed, especially if there is a WAN card already in the slot.
