Lenovo X1 Tablet 1st gen Mosfet

2017-08-22, 20:36 PM

Hello guys.

I bought recently a used Lenovo X1 tablet 1st gen (20GG) which seems to have the common problem related to using Bttery Gauge Reset, which basically means the tablet works only on AC power, not on battery.

Battery condition is reported as good, and as i browsed the forum i found out that the way to solve the problem is by replacing the mosfet transistor which gets burnt while using the battery gauge reset.

Like in this thread https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/forums/v3_1/forumtopicpage/board-id/ll04_en/thread-id/77760/page/1

My question is if someone could tell me where exactly would be the Mosfets located on X1 motherboard and what type are they so i can find some and replace it.

Thank You
