Just received 2 x200 tablets on Friday and have been working with one of them to make sure everything works smooth on it.
My concerns are as follow:
1. No touch input during a screen saver.
2. No pen precision on Adobe Photoshop CS4
3. Trouble with Wacom Tablet drivers, do not accept touch (only pen works).
Is there anything we can do to resolve the issues above?

For the above issues, I am seriously considering returning this unit and purchasing another brand. There's no fix published in any of the sites that should have them, Lenovo or Wacom or Adobe. None of them will take responsibility for this.
My main frustration is with Adobe, because they refuse to support the Windows Ink standard, forcing us to find workarounds or old drivers so that we can do the work we need to do. They're taking advantage of their near-monopoly to force users to comply with their demands. I suspect they're receiving a substantial kickback from Wacom for this. Which is why I chose a Wacom Penabled tablet in the first place. If this is not working, then I just don't know what to do.
Seriously, someone needs to fix this right now!
