You mean it doesn't change screen orientation when turn to tablet mode, right?
If so, I have that problem too!! and no one helps us so far.

You may try to uninstall the driver and find a new driver from Wacom (not Lenovo.) Give it a try; I always install driver from them first in my X61T because I need to use pressure sensitivity in Photoshop which Multi-touch driver alone couldn't do.
For X41T, there is no passive digitizer -- as far as I know, it should work with any Wacom driver just fine and probably less trouble.
