So after updating to windows 8.1, I can no longer connect to AT&T mobile broadband. The AT&T app recognizes my sim card, but Windows shows no service no matter where I am! (even tested next to an AT&T tower). I have the latest drivers installed from the Lenovo driver page, Sierra Wireless MC7700 - Gobi 4000 Software for Windows 8.1 (64-bit). When it installs though it says Serria Wireless EM7700 not MC7700. Anyone else have this issue?
Next issue is I can no longer connect to my corporate wifi which is 802.1x PEAP ,certificate based MSCHP V2. I can connect to other non PEAP wifis without issue. So at work I'm tied to an ethernet USB adapter when not on my USB 3 hub.
Any help for the above issues would be much appreciated!
