I had some troubles with the trackpoint and lost spacers around my keyboard. Therefore i send in my notebook to the repaircenter. It was in the warranty and they have replaced the keyboard, but forget to install the spacers. After that i have contacted the support again and have send in my notebook again. But this time i got a bill for that. I have contacted the support again and i don't need to pay for that bill. But yet the parts are not in stock. Is there any chance to get my notebook in the next days or get a replacement for that?
The issue was created on 23th feburary !!!
And 115,99€ for a keyboard bezel is too much.
I have called the support center and they cannot do anything.
