Should I be worried that Lenovo Solution Center doesn't pick up my SN?

I purchased a CG20 as a closeout. It looks as if the box was an open box, but it wasn't ever registered and things looked normal when I turned it on. Registration and everything went fine except for one small detail. I have noticed that in the Lenovo Solution Center my product is listed as INV201 and serial number as INVALID. 

 

Should I be worried that I have a product that is not eligible for any warranty service? When I look at the support site it says there is a warranty available on it. But still it bothers me.

Hi wbrisett and welcome to the community,

 

Two questions:  If you go to the support site and run the "Detect my product" tool, does it come up with the serial number?

 

If you go into the bios, does it show the serial number there?
