Hi everyone i´am from Germany,
i have a big Problem with my new Lenovo x201 tablet!!!
I got a Core i5 560M Prozessor ... - the problem:
The Coolingsystem can´t handle the heat of the processor...
What have u done Lenovo?
Today there was a supportperson here. He replaces my mainboard.
But nothing change. If i got over 80% CPU load - my systems burns up to 90 degree (in ca. 1-2 minutes) then it clocks down to 133 Mhz -> gets cooler -> down to 70 degree -> clocks up to 2,9 Ghz -> gets hot -> to 90 degreess - and the game starts again!!!!
I´am studying computer science, and lenovo u got a very good built quality!
But it can not be true that u sell a system - an expensive one, with a CPU, which can´t be cooled by the integrated cooler!!!
I will call the Germany support tomorrow again!!!
A Second issue... my microfonquality sucks!!!!
Sorry, but that sounds like the 1 dollar micro from the cheapest store i know... - i got very annyoing crackling sound while i´am speaking...
Have someone have a tipp for me, or is that thing the next hardware issue i have to claim ...`??
(settings windows: mic boost +10 in windows - to quiet -> mic bosst 20-30 okey but much crackling sounds ... - settings in smart audio: voice over IP + private chat. - using the newst conetax drivers...)
Any help or announcement sides lenovo?
