I've bought LENOVO X230 THINKPAD TABLET, i7-3520M, MULTI-TOUCH on eBay, and I got it with a broken motherboard.
I couldn't turn it on when I opened the box, and I gave it to IBM's service in Israel.
Now they just told me that they don't have the part, and they are waiting to get it from the US only next week.
It means that I will use my NEW computer only 2 weeks after I got it!
It relly make me feel very disappointed from Lenovo's quality!
Does it make sense? I needed it for work and now I'm working with a terrible computer!
How is it happen to a company like Lenovo that they sell a new expensive computer with a broken motherboard???
Don't they have a quality control ?
Do I deserve a compensation?
