I had to do a fresh OS install when i got blue screened. Everything is working great, but i don't have any functionality with my screen rotate button. If anyone could tell me the driver for this I would greatly appreciate it.

Windows 10 has a Rotation Lock option, so check to see if it is enabled
If still not working, probably your best bet would be to just run the Thinkvantage System Update utility and let it update all of the drivers etc. on your system automatically. Not sure why, but sometimes it finds things that I swear are not listed on the http://support.lenovo.com/ website.
ThinkVantage System Update (TVSU)
Skip any BIOS updates if offered for now since they can sometimes go badly, and would not have been affected by reinstalling the OS.

Thank you for your reply. I tried looking for the screen lock option, but it was not there. I also tried running the update tool and it told me there are none available for my system. Any other possible alternatives?

There is a "Tablet Button Driver" in the Downloads for the X220T. When searching for drivers, delete the Windows 7 filter that is automatically applied.
