I don't know how to fix it. It randomly started happening tonight so I reinstalled Windows 7 to a fresh new copy. Same problem. It'll close like Firefox and any other window without any warning.
How do I disable it or what is the problem?
Its making me very upset.

Can you try running ThinkVantage System Update?
I can post a link to the update if you'll let me know what model you have.

Sadly I deleted the recovery partition and didn't make a backup of the factory image. How can I get Lenovo to send me a factory image somehow?

You can order recovery CDs from Lenovo Support.
The recovery CD part numbers are here (based on what OS you are running and what language you need).
The US support number is 1-800-426-7378.

Lenovo mailed me the discs overnight from Sydney at no charge after I explained what had happened. Have recovered the computer and all is well. Thanks Lenovo.
