Re: Which PCMCIA Cards (X61 Tablet)?

I believe any PC Card type I or II and CardBus adapters will work...  I understand Express Cards are NOT supported by the X61 Tablets...

Hope this helps...

You could use Express Card 34 via Siig Active ExpressCard/34 Card Adapter.

But there is no Express Card 54 adapter available because of the size, I guess.

Anyway, the most important thing you have to know is this adapter will support only USB-based ExpressCard devices.  PCI Express-based ExpressCard devices will not be detected. Since this card use USB 2.0 bus on PCMCIA slot to get it work, not really the way ExpressCard slot is (support both USB & PCI Express buses)
