I have just installed Windows 7 Ultimate on a my X200. I did a fresh install - no update. All drivers are installed, also Productivity Centre, everything works like charme - even the performance is better than with Vista Business.
But the X200 does only work, when it is not (!) put in the dockingstation. When I put the X200 into the dockingstation and boot, then the system stops after having shown the login-screen. Until then everything is fine. I can even type in my password. But after having pressed Enter, the screen turns completely black and stays so for ever. I can see the mouse pointer and can also move it on the black screen - but no further action is possible. I can only leave this state by turning the computer completely off.
Can you please give me any idea about how to solve this problem? I have installed the latest graphics driver from Intel (Ver 220.127.116.112) as this was mentioned in some other boards. But this does not help.
Thanks for any advice!
