After downloading and installing all LAN and WLAN drivers for X201 Tablet, I couldn't find one that works on Windows 7 x64.
How can I proceed?
Thank you in advance

Welcome to the forum!
May I ask you two questions?
1) Could you post your machine type number? Is a 7 digit code that can be found on the bottom of the laptop, a black & white sticker. Please do not post the S/N number!
2) Where did you get the drivers downloaded from?
Thanks a lot in advance!

I've downloaded the drivers from here: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkpad-x-series-tablet-laptops/thin...
My machine number is 2985-ELG

This is the original config of your X201 Tablet:
ThinkPad X201 Tablet 2985ELG i7-620LM(2GHz), 2GB RAM, 160GB 5400rpm HD, 12.1in 1280x800 LCD, Intel HD Graphics, Intel 802.11agn wireless, WWAN option, Bluetooth, Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure Chip, Fingerprint reader, Camera, 4c Li-Ion, Win7 Pro 32
I would try first to de-install all existing drivers, then download, install and run Lenovo System Update. It should find the correct drivers for your card. ThinkVantage System Update 5.06.0034
if that doesn't work, then de-install the drivers again and run Windows Update to see which drivers it picks.
If none of them works we'll look for a plan B.

Does your LAN driver fail too?
Can you run HWInfo64 and post the result for the wireless card, it should be something like this:

I tried many times but it never goes further from Checking Intel Management Engine. Could you maybe specify an other similar software?

You can also try one of these:

I fixed it by downloading this drivers:
And after installing them and restarting, searching for them manually from the Device Manager.
